3-month contract with a view to going permanent as an asset manager for a housing association

Your new company
Your new company is a housing association based in Liverpool.
Your new role
Your new role as manager of assets will require you to oversee commercial properties i.e. high-rise blocks of flats and multiple-occupancy properties. You will have experience of service charges, leasehold legislation and contractor management. You will oversee a team of maintenance surveyors and co-ordinators ensuring the effective maintenance of communal areas and associated areas.
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed, you'll need experience in a similar role and experience managing the property services function for leasehold properties.
