Location: Predominantly based in East Surrey (stretching from Epsom down to Horley - various locations)

Service Types: Residential & Support Living

Salary: £32,380 - £39,168 per annum (residential services) £36,907 - 47,836 per annum (supported living - complex care)

Currently we have new openings for Home Care Managers with two roles being registered care home manager and an range of other management roles in our supported living homes. We are looking for experienced managers but would consider people who can bring similar skillsets to bring out the best in people.

You will need to have a passion for empowering people to lead an aspiring life. You will need to be kind, patient, resilient, compassionate and believe strongly in great leadership. The role can be tough, but the rewards outweigh this.

You will need to be adaptable, flexible, and be able to lead staff to support our people to gain back their independence through empowerment, active support, positive risk-taking and out of the box thinking.

This role includes attending monthly management meetings in Reigate, being part of an on-call rota and actively participating in ongoing learning and development.
