We are seeking an extremely well organised, proactive and professional individual to work within the sixth form, directly supporting students in Years 12 and 13. The appointed person will be responsible for leading initiatives related to higher education, apprenticeships and will oversee careers advice, information and guidance at post-16.

You will need to have previous experience of providing effective higher education, UCAS, and careers guidance and a comprehensive knowledge of the UK education system, and of post-18 pathways.

Chestnut Grove is a high performing, 11-18, multicultural school in Balham, South London, with a student capacity of 1300. In 2019 Ofsted judged our Sixth Form to be Outstanding in every respect. From September 2024 our roll for sixth form is circa 300 students and we currently offer 26 A level subjects and 6 BTEC level 3 courses, with A level student progress scores placing the Sixth Form in the top 10% nationally, for value added (2019).
