Your new company
Working as a part of a small team, you will play a key role in supporting help desk enquiries to the wider organisation.
Duties will include:
• Providing support to the client and answering calls and emails in a professional and timely manner
• Determine the nature and priority of faults based on information provided by the client
• Raise and assign work orders to relevant resources.
• Ensure work is scheduled and in accordance with SLAs, and update client's systems.
• Review of all subcontractors submitted paperwork to ensure management
• Support with managing the supply chain and driving them to attend within required SLAs
• Allocation of internal engineers for call-outs and maintenance visits, driving the engineering team to attend to all call-outs within required SLAs.
• Monitoring calls received from the customer through to completion and updating records
• To obtain a comprehensive understanding of the scope of the contract and ensure that all work is carried out in accordance with the contract scope and service levels
• Manage system as a key user

£11.44 per hour
