About the Role: We are currently seeking a qualified Hearing Aid Dispenser or Audiologist to cover Potters Bar, Rochford , Leigh on Sea, Frinton on Sea and Southend. As a HCPC-registered professional you'll have the autonomy to manage your clinic, ensuring each patient receives tailored care. Our independence from hearing aid manufacturers means you can offer the best, unbiased solutions for your patients' hearing needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct hearing assessments, fittings, and aftercare services.

Perform wax removal procedures (training provided if needed).

Maintain patient records and uphold our high standards of care.

Attend our bi-annual innovation sessions at Head Office in Farnham, Surrey, where you can contribute your insights on service improvements.

Benefits Package:

Competitive Salary: £40,000 basic salary

Uncapped Commission: with the potential to earn in excess of £100,000!

Bonus: £8,000 per annum, paid quarterly

Full UK driving licence (travel between clinics required).
