Job Description

The Talent Set are delighted to partner with Action Against Hunger to recruit a Head of Partnerships on a 12-month maternity cover basis. Action Against Hunger works across over 50 countries to save the lives of children at risk of hunger, working with communities to find effective solutions to prevent and address malnutrition globally.

This role will lead an ambitious team of 6 across New Business and Account Management, operating as a key member of the UK and global Senior Leadership teams.

Key duties include:

Oversee the management of multi-faceted strategic partnerships of up to 7 figures, including with Intercontinental Hotel Group (IHG) and Kelly Deli.

Lead and support the delivery of the New Business strategy, empowering the new business team to deliver sustainable income growth in line with ambitious targets.

Partner with senior C-suite stakeholders, stakeholders and decision makers in the UK and globally to optimise partnership outcomes.

Collaborate and contribute to the development of the Fundraising & Communications strategy.

Take an active role in the charity s worldwide network to collaborate on global funding opportunities, identify projects in need of funding and cultivate strong relationships with internal experts to support partner engagement.

We re looking for the following skills and experience:

Prior experience of leading a partnerships team across New Business and Account Management.

Excellent track record of growing corporate income, with tangible experience of managing and securing commercial and strategic partnerships.

Proven experience in strategic planning, budgeting, benchmarking and monitoring performance across multiple channels, products and audiences, including the management of 6-7 figure income streams.

Exemplary stakeholder management skills across teams, geographies and cultures, with a track record of navigating complex organisations.

Demonstrable interest around and/or experience in international development.
