Job Description

Notting Hill & Ealing High School, one of London's leading independent girls' day schools, has an exciting opportunity for an inspirational Head of Design & Technology.

We are looking for a well-qualified Head of DT, with a passion for the subject and excellent subject knowledge. If you are a good communicator who can enthuse and inspire pupils about the possibilities offered by DT, we would be delighted to hear from you.

DT at NHEHS

The Design & Technology department at NHEHS offers an invigorating, challenging and creative experience. Students are encouraged to follow the methods of professional designers, with an emphasis on producing functional products that are aesthetically pleasing.

At NHEHS we believe that Design & Technology fosters creativity and problem-solving skills. Students are taught to design and make products using a wide range of materials and techniques. We embrace new technologies and CAD and CAM is used extensively across the curriculum and the department.
