We have an excellent opportunity for a Head of Capital Campaign working for the wonderful Royal Free Charity. You will report to the Director of Fundraising and Campaigns, as part of this pivotal role, you will lead and manage the £50 million capital fundraising campaign for the construction of a new cancer centre on the site of the Royal Free Hospital in Hampstead, directly enabling its success.
You will lead the implementation of the five-year capital campaign strategy and annual operational plans and inspire the campaign team. This is a unique and exciting opportunity for an experienced fundraising leader to act as a key part in this charity s period of transformational growth.

To be successful as the Head of Capital Campaign, you will need:
- Strong experience of fundraising/development management, including experience of capital appeal/s and/or major gift fundraising
- Substantial experience of influencing, negotiating and working in collaboration with high-level contacts both internal and external to an organisation
- Successful track record of fundraising personally, securing six and/or seven figure gifts from either philanthropists, trusts & foundations or within corporate organisations
