- Lead the end-to-end management of non-life insurance claims projects, ensuring seamless integration across IT systems
- Drive innovation through digital claims reporting (chatbots) and fraud detection solutions
- Optimize processes, challenge existing tools, and coordinate stakeholders to enhance efficiency and collaboration
Profile
- Strong experience in project management within banking/insurance operations
- Knowledge of IT system integration and software development processes
- Proactive problem-solver with strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills
