Job Description
The GTM Coordinator will be a supporting function across all commercial and growth aspects of the Energy Advisory practice. This role is a great opportunity to work across the full spectrum of marketing to commercial operations and will be an integral support to managing the practice.
The Role
Business Development/Marketing
- Act as the main point of contact and support the facilitation of external business development programs and campaigns between the Energy Advisory team and Advisory Growth department
- Take lead on coordinating and ensuring our maximum investment ROI for events and associations
- Support the development and promotion of thought leadership
- Act as a liaison for collateral development between the business and advisory growth organization
- Support global/multi-practice marketing initiatives as needed
- Support the business in their commercial data hygiene and manage the process for routine updates
- Help facilitate commercial and revenue reporting
- Aggregate and partner with the Advisory Growth organization to improve systems, data quality and processes for the business
Business Operations
- Support the Head of Energy Advisory with operation of the practice, including internal communications
- Support the Advisory Growth organization with special projects as needed

About you
We would envisage that the successful applicant would be able to demonstrate the following:
- Comfort with using technology and different systems
- Strong organization and execution skills
- Experience and/or interest in learning and using commercial systems such as CRM, marketing automation, project management tools, exc
- Comfort with Microsoft Suite (Word, PPT, Excel)
- Comfort working with multiple stakeholders
- Ability to manage tasks to deadlines and apply thoughtful prioritization and time management
- Willingness to learn and grow
- Experience in marketing, business development or bid support
