Position Overview:

As a Group Lead - Cyber Penetration, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of cybersecurity professionals. You will oversee the development and implementation of penetration testing strategies, vulnerability assessments, and other security measures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the Cybersecurity Working Group and ensure the effective execution of its tasks.
• Implement development projects according to the V-model and Automotive SPICE standards.
• Allocate tasks within the team and coordinate collaboration with other departments.
• Provide disciplinary leadership and foster a positive work environment.
• Develop and manage project budgets, cost estimates, and risk assessments.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Proven experience in Embedded software and cybersecurity.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent organizational and planning abilities.
• Fluency in German and English.
