Group Financial Accountant (Global)

The company is a world leader in the Transportation, Shipping, Haulage, Maritime sectors and have a truly global presence. headquartered in London, the company is trying to grow their finance function to cope with global demand.

Your new role
Working as part of the global team, reporting to an exceptional Head of Global Accounting, this role will be the ideal step for someone moving from practice to industry having worked with large clients.
Duties:

• Financial Accountant and reporting for global group in accordance with IFRS
• Controls and process design and implementation
• Ad hoc technical work to support projects and business case decision making
• Liaison with external auditors

What you'll need to succeed
You will need to be a qualified ACA / ACCA, having trained with a large firm that has given you exposure to global consolidations. You will need to have a strong knowledge of IFRS. These skills should be accompanied by a true desire to progress and learn, as the company massively want to support career growth.
