Ground Segment Lead - Shape the Future of Secure Satellite Communications

We are seeking a Ground Segment Lead to oversee the development and deployment of a next-generation European satellite constellation.

In this role, you will lead the design and management of ground segment systems, including satellite control, mission operations, and secure network infrastructure. You will work closely with industry partners and government agencies to ensure compliance with EU, ESA, and NATO regulations, manage project budgets (CAPEX/OPEX), and ensure the successful execution of the project within scope and timeline.

The customer is looking for someone with over 10 years of experience in satellite ground systems, network infrastructure, or related fields with a strong understanding of NGSO constellations (LEO/MEO) and 5G technologies.

You must be an EU Citizen (passport holder) to be considered for this position.
