Job Description
AR640 - Graduate IT ConsultantLocation: LeominsterSalary: £25,000Duties and Responsibilities:
- Support with the implementation of a new IT system
- Inhouse support with setting up new PCs/jammed printers etc
- Liaison between us and our external IT support helpdesk
- Liaison between us and our external website provider
- Assist with the rolling out of the new SAP software and barcoding software throughout 2024. Be the liaison person between us and the software partner
- Periodic data cleansing
- Building of new lighting product codes as new lines are launched
- To manage the whole IT system within the business. Know who is doing what and make sure that is in line with our procedures
- Keep a manual asset record of who has what PC, laptop etc
- Compliance maintenance routines for card payment machines
- Anything else that would come under the remit of IT
Skills and Qualifications:
- A relevant degree in Information Technology
- Attention to detail
- Able to work in a team and alone when needed
