Governance Manager

Our client is seeking a temporary Governance Manager to to be responsible for all aspects of governance, and to provide support with diary management, travel bookings, meeting minutes, etc.
The organisation is an independent, non-statutory body that oversees fundraising across England, Wales, and Northern Ireland. This role is starting as soon as possible, running for 6 weeks in the first instance but it is likely that it will be extended. You will be required on site 2 days per week and the remainder remote, flexibility around this is essential as you will be needed to support on meetings when they happen.
They are offering this position on a part time (3 days per week) or full time basis for the right candidate.
The post holder will lead on all on governance in relation to the following:
- Regulator main Board
- Standards Committee
- Complaints & Investigation Committee
- Finance, Audit and Risk Committee
