Global Technical SupportEngineer JobResponsibilities:

  • Providetechnical support and deliver trainingworldwide
  • Deliver installation and maintenancetraining to UK installers and globaldistributors.
  • Collaborate with engineering ontesting, and product improvements.
  • Supportdistributor performance and foster strongrelationships.

GlobalTechnical Support Engineer JobRequirements:

  • Experiencein technical support, preferably in the Homelift or relatedindustry.
  • Proven ability to deliver trainingboth in classroom and on-site.
  • Understanding ofinstallation and maintenanceprocesses.
  • Experience working across culturesand time zones is a plus.
  • Willingness to travelnationally and internationally on shortnotice.
  • Ability to work from our Andover headoffice asneeded.
