Job description

Your main responsibilities include, but are not limited to

• Developing a solid understanding of our production processes and value chain, including up- and down stream activities
• Identifying and onboarding of eligible partners on a global level, set up of checklists and required onboarding and training material with our mills
• Clear definition of required service levels, tracking of service partners performance and implementation of continuous improvement measures
• Collaborating with experts from various departments and voestalpine sites to enable the roll-out of closed loop concepts
• Support the development and implementation of standardized processes and procedures for efficient closed loop services

Qualifications

• Education: We are looking for an indivdual who wants to contribute to real change, and welcome variuos career paths and educational backgrounds
• Work Expirience: Minimum of 3 years work experience in a corporate environment, process and/or manufacturing industry (steel industry, chemical, etc.) is a plus
• Language:
• German business fluency (C1)
• English business fluency (C1)
• Additional languages are a plus
• Professional Skills:
• Solid understanding of quality management, supply chain management and/or operations
• Project management experience in an international group is beneficial
• Knowledge of the scrap business or steel industry of advantage
• Strong negotiation skills, conflict resolution and problem solving skills
• Ability to communicate effectively on different hierarchy levels
• IT: MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, OneNote)
• Mobility: Global travelling up to 40%

What we offer

Salary Package and Benefits: The collective minimum salary agreement for this position is 3.909,12 gross (14 x per year). The actual payment depends on the particular qualification and experience.
