Group Lead Analyst - IT Compliance

Location: Stockholm, Sweden
Employment Type: Full-time

About the Role:
As Group Lead Analyst - IT Compliance, you will be a key member of the Global IT team, working closely with both IT and business stakeholders. Your focus will be on maintaining and advancing the company's quality management system to ensure the compliant management of computerised systems.

You will play an active role in shaping strategic roadmaps for IT compliance and help drive the implementation of compliant, digital, and efficient processes on a global scale. Agile principles are encouraged wherever possible.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead validation activities for corporate IT systems, particularly around manufacturing at a corporate level.

  • Act as a main point of contact for IT compliance within the organisation.

  • Provide coordination, support, and leadership to IT and business stakeholders in computer system validation (CSV) and GxP compliance.

  • Maintain and enhance the global quality management system for computerised systems.

  • Support audits and health authority inspections.

  • Contribute to the development of strategic roadmaps for IT compliance.

  • Train stakeholders in IT compliance principles and ensure that requirements are Embedded throughout application life cycles.

  • Lead or coordinate critical validation projects as needed.

Key Requirements:

  • University degree (Bachelor's or higher) in Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

  • Minimum 10 years of senior experience in computer system validation within the pharmaceutical, medical device, or similarly highly regulated industry.

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in leadership, team lead, or project management roles.

  • Strong knowledge of GxP regulations and validation principles.

  • Ability to work collaboratively, demonstrating initiative, flexibility, and problem-solving skills.
