We have a great opportunity for a performance focused head of sales to run our highly specialist professional service commercial teams covering Strategic account management, specialist technology practices and new business development. This broad and exciting role fits with a large growth agenda across multiple sectors: Investment banking, hedge funds, broadcaster and major telecoms clients and is driving highly ethical values in removing exploitation globally for very specialist talent.

It's not a 9-5, but then what job is? You'll still need to work hard during the day and perform but you can enjoy a better lifestyle than you do now. You'll have more money to spend on the fun stuff - and importantly you can have more time to spend doing the things you enjoy - time with family and friends, kicking a football around with your kids, bike riding in the country or kite-surfing.

But what does your working day look like? It's less about hitting a revenue target and more about ensuring your team is firing and servicing their clients in the best way they know how and providing candidates with an exceptional experience. You'll do this by honing in on your natural ability to provide support and guidance. It might mean the odd difficult conversation here and there but you won't shy away as you'll want to build the highest performing team in the business. What's not to like about that?
