Skills required (must have)

5* or 12+ years (Senior position) of experience in warehousing and Logistic operations. Understanding the process of Material Request Notes, BOM creation/verification and Demand Generation for 4G, 5G (O)RAN Mobile Radio Network
Profound knowledge of the logistic process in a large-scale network rollout.

Raising and verifying MRNs Demand generation for (O) RAN Radio sites.

Able to deal with end-to-end warehouse management and return processes.

Basic understanding of Site Engineering drawings (to enable MRN).

Support the Network roll-out process, via first time right MRN transactions.

Maintaining strict inventory controls and minimum Warehouse Residency to ensure high Inventory Turnover Ratio (ITR). Ensuring Kitting and potentially initiate in warehouse staging of Network Equipment.

Interacting with senior team members of network, marketing, sales and retail functions to coordinate and manage warehousing and logistics Tracking warehouse performance KPIs & improvement plans

Providing visibility of inventory to user teams for effective deployment and monitoring in cluster
Managing reporting, compliances and interface for auditors and ensuring any support required for audit and any issues are addressed in a timely manner

Conducting internal audits to assure processes and standards, pertaining to Good Receipt (GRN)/Goods Issue (GI)/Compliance/HSW etc.
