Your Role

As a Genesys Developer, you will design and implement customer interaction solutions using Genesys Cloud. Your work will involve optimizing routing strategies, developing data-driven automations, and ensuring a seamless user experience. Collaborating with a cross-functional team in an Agile environment, you will contribute to the evolution of digital communication channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and optimize Genesys Cloud solutions, including interaction flows, routing strategies, and automation.
  • Create and manage data actions, tables, and scripts to enhance contact center operations.
  • Utilize Python to integrate automation and improve platform capabilities.
  • Analyze and report on system performance, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Work within an Agile/Scrum team, participating in sprint planning, stand-ups, and reviews.
  • Conduct testing and manage test cases in Azure DevOps to ensure stability and reliability.
  • Stay updated on Genesys Cloud advancements and implement new features where applicable.
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders to enhance the customer experience.

What You Bring

Must-Have Skills:

  • Genesys Cloud (Medior level) - Strong expertise in interaction flows, routing, data actions, and performance monitoring.
  • Python - Experience in Scripting for automation and integrations.
  • Agile/Scrum - Ability to work in an iterative development environment.
  • Contact Center Expertise - Understanding of customer interaction technologies and best practices.
  • Testing & Azure DevOps - Ability to create and manage test cases.
  • English Proficiency - Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

  • Dutch language skills - Beneficial for local team and client interactions.
  • Azure CI/CD & DevOps - Experience with pipeline automation and project tracking.
  • Onsite Availability - Willingness to work onsite occasionally.
  • Project Management Exposure - Familiarity with coordinating development projects.

Your Background

  • 2-4 years of hands-on experience with Genesys Cloud or similar platforms.
  • Proven experience in a medior-level developer role focused on contact center technologies.
  • A degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (preferred).
