As the General Manager, you will be the heart and soul of our beautiful hotel, leading a dedicated team to create memorable experiences for our guests. Key Responsibilities:

  • Guest Experience: Lead by example in delivering a warm, welcoming atmosphere where every guest feels valued. Your passion for hospitality will inspire your team to provide the highest levels of service, ensuring that every guest leaves with a smile.

  • People Leadership: Foster a positive, people-first culture within the hotel. You'll be a mentor, coach, and role model for your team, helping them grow and succeed in their roles.   • Financial Management: Drive the financial success of the hotel by managing budgets, controlling costs, and identifying opportunities for revenue growth. Your commercial acumen will ensure that the Balmoral Arms continues to thrive while maintaining its reputation for excellence.

  • Community Engagement: Build strong relationships within the local community, positioning the Balmoral Arms as a hub of hospitality in Ballater. Your commitment to local partnerships will enhance our brand and contribute to the overall success of the hotel.
