About The Role
We're looking for passionate people to join our Butlin's Team.
Key responsibilities and duties include general repair and maintenance across our main resort and working as part of our team to deliver an exceptional standard of work and service.
You must have a flexible approach to work and be willing to undertake additional training and roles as required within the Facilities department.
We are looking for someone who has practical hands on experience in a maintenance role and is confident to work on own initiative as necessary. Driving license is also needed. Formal qualifications in relevant courses would be an advantage but are not required.
Working alongside a fantastic team, we will support you every step of the way to ensure you gain the skills and confidence to truly get stuck in.

The ideal candidate will have previous general maintenance experience and be confident working on their own initiative.
You will be supporting with planned and reactive maintenance repairs across the resort so having an ability to act quickly and work within time constraints is essential.
