Our client, a world-renowned museum in West London requires several temporary Gallery Assistant Hosts to start ASAP. The role is payment £13.15 p/h plus holiday pay.
The main duties of the Gallery Assistant Hosts role are:
- To offer an engaging and friendly customer experience to visitors
- Welcoming visitors on entry
- Scanning tickets
- Handing out audio guides
- Answering visitor's questions
- Overseeing exhibits
- Ensuring visitors have the best experience possible
The successful candidate will have a friendly and helpful nature. You will be enthusiastic about providing the best visitor experience. Previous visitor experience work within a heritage or cultural organisation is preferred.
