Job title: Fundraising Manager
Location: Hampshire - hybrid
Salary: circa £37,000 per annum
Reports to: Head of Fundraising
Term: Permanent
Working hours: We're open to flexible working
Aquilas are pleased to be partnering with a much loved Hampshire health charity to help them recruit for a Fundraising Manager.
About the role:
Reporting to the Head of Fundraising, you will be responsible for overseeing a small fundraising team and take the lead on Corporate Fundraising and will manage and grow all aspects of Community and Event income.
Key responsibilities

Lead the Community Fundraising Team
- Identify and develop new corporate partnerships and community partnerships

Ensure all charity events, activities and campaigns are planned

Deliver excellent stewardship and account management,

Develop and implement an Events, Community and Corporate Marketing Strategy
- Increase the profile of the charity
About you
- Proven experience in fundraising in either community, corporate fundraising or events.
- Must have management experience
- Experience of new business
- Strong relationship-building and networking skills, and meeting income goals
- Excellent written communication and presentation skills
