Front of House Manager - Private Healthcare

Join a dynamic team as a Front of House Manager for 9-12 month maternity cover, starting in October! We are seeking an experienced Front of House Manager with private medical experience who must have experience managing staff in a minimum of 2-3 clinics to lead and empower front of house staff in ensuring exceptional customer service and an outstanding patient experience at this leading private health, fitness, and wellbeing clinic across 8 different locations in London. As a Front of House Manager, you will be responsible for the line management of an admin team of 15 staff, conducting 1:1s, rota management, and other managerial responsibilities, so previous management skills are required. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills are a must for the Front of House Manager role, as we value a culture of collaboration, professionalism, and continuous improvement.
