Temporary Front of House Administrator

Due to organisational growth and further expansion, a role has been created for a Temporary Front of House Administrator.

Your new role
Reporting to the customer service team, your main duties will include:

  • Meeting and greeting visitors
  • Liasing with external and internal stakeholders
  • Dealing with enquiries in person and over the phone
  • Managing main business email inbox
  • Providing ad hoc administration to the wider office
  • Providing excellent customer service

What you'll need to succeed
  • Strong communication skills
  • Experience in a similar role
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Able to work to deadlines
