We are seeking a highly skilled andexperienced Food Regulatory Manager to join our team at Domino's UK& IRL. In this role, you will oversee and manage all aspects ofregulatory compliance related to our food products, ensuringadherence to local, national, and international food safety andregulatory requirements. You will collaborate closely with variousdepartments to ensure seamless compliance throughout the productionprocess. As the primary liaison with regulatory authoritiesand industry bodies, you will foster strong relationships andensure timely communication of regulatory updates. By stayinginformed about the latest developments in food regulations, youwill proactively communicate changes to relevant stakeholders,ensuring the company remains compliant. Your expertise will becrucial in maintaining our reputation for excellence and ensuringthe safety and satisfaction of our customers. Success in this rolelooks like:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in ahands-on food regulatory role within the food servicesenvironment.
  • A degree or qualification in FoodRegulatory Affairs, Food Science, or a related field
  • Comprehensive understanding of basic food safetyprinciples, allergens, and risk assessment methodologies such asHACCP, TACCP, and VACCP.
  • Exceptionalability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlineseffectively, demonstrating strong organizational and timemanagement skills.
  • Previous line management experience isdesirable but not essential
