Role Specification:
- Ensure high-quality service delivery and maintain high standard of customer service across all food and beverage establishments.
- Engage with guests to gather feedback and ensure their satisfaction whilst addressing any issues or concerns promptly and effectively.
- Evaluate current service methods and identify areas for improvement and implement innovative solutions to stay competitive and meet customer expectations.
- Continuously review and adjust staffing levels to meet business demands.
- Develop and supervise staff rotas to always ensure adequate cover.
- Hold monthly meetings to discuss operational aspects, including objectives, sales targets, standards, and maintenance.
- Motivate the team and provide opportunities for feedback and goal alignment.
- Demonstrate strong leadership and human resource management skills.
- Encourage and support staff development in line with the company's equal opportunities policy.
- Promote an inclusive and supportive workplace culture.
- Ensure the well-being of both guests and staff through proactive risk management.
Personal Specification:
Essentials
- Proven experience in a leadership role within the hospitality industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
- Ability to manage and motivate a diverse team.
Shift Patterns:
- 40 hours per week
- 5 days out of 7 per week
- Note: Full flexibility is key as you will be expected to work as and when necessary to meet the needs of the team and the business
