Hays are working with a client, a growing manufacturing business in the Newton Abbott area, who are on the lookout for an Interim Finance Director to join their team from August 2024 onwards.
Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the Senior Leadership Team to drive business growth and strategic financial planning.

Provide insightful analysis to support key decision-making processes.

Oversee monthly management accounting, financial reporting, and business analysis.

Manage relationships with auditors and ensure compliance with financial regulations.

Lead and mentor a dedicated finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Requirements:

Proven experience in a senior finance role, preferably within the manufacturing industry.
