Your new role
As Financial Controller, you will be responsible for managing a small, dedicated accounting team and overseeing the daily accounting requirements for the business.

• Lead, manage and support the accounting team
• Financial management, including financial reporting, budget and forecast preparation, alongside maintaining internal control procedures
• Ensure the timely and accurate preparation of financial statements and reports
• Cash-flow management and reporting
• Build strong working relationships with internal stakeholders across the business
• Liaise with key external stakeholders including the banks and auditors
• Collaborate closely with the Finance Director, providing insightful financials

What you'll need to succeed

• Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA)
  
• Staff management/supervisory experience preferable
• Strong reporting and analytical skills
