Headstar are proud to be partnering exclusively with one of our region's most ambitious construction businesses. We are looking for a qualified Financial Controller who is quick, efficient, and can deliver results.
The ideal candidate for this role will be a confident communicator, able to build solid relationships with colleagues in operations teams to improve business performance.
Some of the key skills you will need for this position include:
- Producing insightful monthly management accounts to help drive commercial decision making- Business partnering with board members to ensure critical risks & opportunities are investigated- Prior knowledge of using a CIS system; this is key as you will be the CIS lead for the company- Cashflow forecasting - cash is king! Keeping a close eye on cashflow will be a pivotal part to this job- P&L, balance sheet & financial accounting responsibilities - Team management for 2 colleagues
