Job Description

Are you an experienced Financial Controller eager to work for a world-renowned organization? For a client of mine, Randstad, the global leader in HR services, I'm looking for a Financial Controller to oversee and optimize financial processes at their headquarters in Diemen. In this role, you will play a critical part in providing insights and ensuring compliance.

What will you do?

  • Oversee financial records and ensure a smooth execution of monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities for Randstad NV;
  • Additionally, you will provide financial analysis and insightful commentary on variances between actuals, budgets, and forecasts;
  • Moreover, you will partner with stakeholders to deliver actionable insights into corporate expenses and overall financial performance;
  • Furthermore, support both internal and external audit processes, ensuring full compliance with reporting standards;
  • Finally, work on process improvement initiatives by leveraging BI tools and adopting agile methodologies.

What makes you a good fit?

  • At least 2 years of experience in financial control or accounting;
  • Additionally, a solid understanding of accounting principles and hands-on experience with project accounting;
  • Moreover, advanced skills in Excel and Google Sheets;
  • Furthermore, you are communicative, adaptable, and bring a touch of humor to your work;
  • Finally, you are fluent in English, both written and spoken.
