Are you a detail-oriented finance professional with a passion for streamlining processes and driving strategic insights? We are looking for a Financial Analyst to join our client and play a key role in supporting financial planning, reporting, and cross-functional decision-making in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Accruals & Month-End Close

• Review and post accruals in SAP in collaboration with business teams.
• Ensure timely reversals and tracking of actual invoices in subsequent periods.

Purchase Requests & Orders Management

• Review PRs for correct financial coding and budget alignment.
• Secure additional approvals as needed and monitor PO completion.
• Support process efficiencies and close completed POs in SAP.

Financial Reporting & Variance Analysis

• Deliver regular financial performance reports (monthly, quarterly, annual).
• Build models to explain variances between actuals, forecasts, and budgets.
• Lead the budgeting and forecasting cycles, ensuring accuracy and alignment with strategic goals.

Process Improvement & System Enhancement

• Identify and implement efficiency gains in SAP and other financial systems.

Cash Flow & AP Coordination

• Collaborate with the AP team to monitor cash outflows and improve financial planning.

Strategic Business Partnership

• Act as a strategic finance partner across departments, supporting data-driven decisions.

What We're Looking For:

• SAP Expertise - Strong experience managing transactions, accruals, and reporting within SAP.
• Finance Background - Solid experience in a finance-related role.
• Pharma Industry Experience - A big plus!
• Advanced Reporting Skills - Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Think Cell, and financial tools.
• Budgeting & Forecasting Leadership - Proven ability to manage planning cycles independently.
• Project Finance Experience - Experience managing financial aspects of complex projects
