Financial Accountant

Robert Half have partnered with a long-standing client based in Bristol to recruit an interim financial accountant to support with their upcoming year end and ad hoc projects.

Duration: 3-4 months

Day rate: Up to £450 per day (For the right experience)

Start: ASAP

Hybrid: 2 days in office, 3 remote

You will reporting into the group financial controller and be responsible for:

• Oversee the preparation of year-end financial statements in compliance with IFRS for the group and its international subsidiaries
• Consolidate financial results from various global entities, ensuring accuracy and adherence to IFRS requirements
• Collaborate with finance teams across subsidiaries to collect, review, and validate financial data
• Manage the year-end audit process, working closely with external auditors to provide necessary documentation and clarifications
• Analyse complex financial transactions to ensure proper accounting treatment in line with IFRS
• Identify opportunities to improve financial reporting processes and propose practical solutions
• Support ad-hoc financial projects and provide in-depth financial analysis as needed
