Key Responsibilities

As the Finance Operations Controller, you will:

• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and uphold internal controls across financial operations.

Key Requirements

The successful candidate will have:

• A recognised accountancy qualification (e., ACA, ACCA, CIMA).
• Demonstrable experience in financial operations within a complex business environment.
• Strong analytical skills with a strategic mindset and commercial acumen.
• A track record in developing and implementing financial strategies and improving operational processes.
• Excellent leadership and people management skills with the ability to motivate and mentor a team.
