I am excited to be working with an amazing not for profit training organisation in search of a temporary Finance Officer. This is an immediate start, part-time (2 3-days per week), Essex based role for 4 6 weeks. As Finance Officer your role will be to support the finance functions during a busy period.
Key Responsibilities:
Financial Administration:
• Process financial transactions across income and expenditure activities
• Maintain accurate finance records using Sage
• Manage sales and purchase ledgers, including invoicing, payments & reconciliations
• Prepare bank reconciliations and payment schedules for approval
• Support the preparation of VAT returns, budgets, and audits
Administrative Support:
• Assist senior management with financial & HR admin
What We re Looking For:
? Experience in finance administration and accounting processes
? Proficiency in Sage and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
? Strong organisational and communication skills
