Finance Manager

KC Group are working with a leading PE-backed business in the Cheshire area, who have a newly created opportunity for a Finance Manager to join their growing finance team. As a Finance Manager, you will play a key part in enhancing their customers' experience by driving financial process improvements, managing costs, and partnering with stakeholders across the business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a small team
• Supplier and charge-related cost management
• Oversee financial aspects of the implementation process.
• Lead process improvements and data standardisation initiatives.
• Develop performance metrics to monitor costs and supplier efficiency
• Partner with operational and commercial teams to optimise profitability and customer experience
• Collaborate with European teams to assess and enhance partner performance

What We're Looking For:

• Part Qualified or Qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA, ACA, or equivalent preferred).
• Strong stakeholder management and data analysis skills.
• Willingness to travel across Europe as needed.
