The Role

As a Finance Business Partner, you will play a key role in driving financial performance and supporting strategic decision-making within one of our divisions. Reporting to the Head of Financial Planning & Analysis, you will collaborate with divisional leadership and stakeholders to provide financial insights, analysis, and guidance.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Analysis and Reporting:

• Assess divisional performance against budgets and forecasts.
• Deliver insightful financial reports, dashboards, and scenario planning.
• Identify trends, risks, and opportunities to inform strategic decisions.

Budgeting and Forecasting:

• Support the development and consolidation of budgets and forecasts.
• Collaborate with leadership to understand business drivers.
• Provide variance analysis to assist in financial performance management.

Business Partnering:

• Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders.
• Collaborate across departments to align financial goals with organisational objectives.
• Provide expertise during meetings and strategic initiatives.

Performance Management:

• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial metrics.
• Identify opportunities for cost optimisation and performance improvements.

Ad Hoc Projects:

• Support special projects, including mergers, acquisitions, and other strategic initiatives.

What They're Looking For

They're seeking a proactive and strategic thinker with a passion for finance and a strong commercial awareness. You should have:

• A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (ACCA/CIMA preferred).
• Proven experience as a Finance Business Partner, ideally within professional services.
• Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in financial modelling.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience with financial software tools (e., SAP, Planful) is a plus.
• A strategic mindset and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Experience in the professional services sector is desirable but not essential.
