Our client is lookingfor a customer-focused Finance Temp to join their finance team. Thistemporary position for 3months.
Your new role
You willbe responsible for answering email queries directed to the finance helpdesk,ensuring a high level of customer service and efficiency.
- Respondingto finance-related email queries promptly and accurately.
- Providingexceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
- Performingroutine systems tasks within Oracle.
- Assistingwith finance-related tasks, including receivables and procure-to-pay (P2P)processes.
- Supportingsystem administration tasks as needed.
What you'll need to succeed
You willhave:
- Experiencewithin finance, particularly in receivables and P2P processes.
- Strongcustomer service skills with a focus on finance-related queries.
- Experiencewith Oracle systems
- Anysystem administration experience is a significant advantage.
