Job Description
Permanent Finance Assistant job - paying up to £27,000 per annum Processing purchase invoices accurately Supplier statement reconciliations Review general ledger codes to ensure accuracy Support credit control activities & providing information to support cash flow forecasting Overseas expenses Review of expenses Review and reconcile CIS subcontractors (payments, returns) Assisting with preparing Year-end audit files, ensuring all information and supporting documents are electronically available, in accordance within the agreed timeframe Assisting others in the Finance Team with any other duties as required, including the upkeep of electronic filing Promote and advocate continuous learning Document & maintain current processes and procedures Any other ad-hoc duties
