Your new company

Hays Accountancy and Finance is proud to partner with a leading production company renowned for its innovative and high-quality productions, seeking a Finance & Office Manager to cover a maternity cover contract, with the possibility of a contract extension.

Your new role

  • Lead a small team, ensuring timely completion of deliverables, identifying development opportunities, and serving as the escalation point.
  • Oversee daily purchase order (PO) and invoice processes, along with other financial transactions.
  • Support the management team with financial forecasting and budgeting.
  • Conduct financial analysis and cash flow forecasting.
  • Collaborate with the off-site finance team to provide necessary information and analysis promptly.
What you'll need to succeed

  • A Level 4 (or higher) qualification in Business Management, Finance, Economics, Commercialism, or a related field + 3 years of experience in a similar role, including 1 year of supervisory experience.
OR
  • 5 years of experience in a similar role, including 1 year of supervisory experience.
