My client is a specialist litigation law firm in London who are recognised for their market-leading capabilities in large-scale commercial disputes, criminal investigations and prosecutions, and regulatory investigations. Their cases are often multi-jurisdictional and high-profile.

The firm have recently hired a Partner to set up a Family Law offering and are looking for a Family Associate to join the practice to assist with their very busy practice.

The role will entail assisting the partner in acting for a range of HNW individual on both international and domestic cases, on the full breadth of family law matters, from divorces and dissolution of civil partnerships to financial claims and settlements, cohabitation agreements, child arrangement orders and both pre- and post-nuptial agreements.

The newly appointed Partner has over 20 years' experience in Family law and is currently ranked in the Legal 500 and is recommended in the Spear's 500. Clients have included entrepreneurs, foreign nationals, non-domiciles, politicians and sports professionals.

This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside a leader in their field, advising on an exciting caseload, and being an integral part of the firm strategy. Whilst you will have an active caseload to come onto, you will also be encouraged to do your own business development. The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of experience in Family Law gained at a highly regarded practice. They will be experienced in the full range of private Family law matters, acting for HNW individuals.
