This is a great opportunity to provide temporary support for a prestigious client in Basingstoke. Your role will be to provide a highly professional front-of-house reception service, which will also include facilities coordination. Our client is seeking to hire a highly engaging and professional candidate who has previous experience of working within a busy and prestigious front-of-house reception environment. As part of your role, you will manage inbound calls, meet and greet guests on arrival, ensure security and fire procedures are adhered to, manage room bookings, support with catering requirements and support with any facilities issues.
Facilities Coordinator, Basingstoke, temp for 6 weeks, £14PH plus 12% holiday, Office Hours, Mon to Fri
