Your new role
We are looking for an experienced Facilities Assistant to undertake Weekly & monthly planned maintenance (visual inspections), such as: Lighting and emergency lighting, Fire alarms and call points, Utility metre readings, Storerooms and vehicles. General maintenance activities, such as: Re-lamping of defective luminaires, Minor plumbing tasks and repairs, Minor
building fabric and decorating repairs. Water hygiene tasks including water flushing and temperature checks.
What you'll need to succeed
The ideal candidate would have experience of building maintenance in a caretaker / handy persons role or similar. Good communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to work as a team
