Job description

We are looking for a full-time super someone to join our team of amazing Lifestyle Assistants (advantage if you are fluent in German, Italian or Spanish). You will manage daily family, home, and personal tasks for the professional working individuals and families you support, making life easier for them, and freeing up their time. Every day is different. In a typical day, you would book a restaurant, organise a weekend away, find a party entertainer, send gift ideas, source a cleaner, book a locksmith, organise diaries and more!

Exceptional eye for detail

Excellent writing / grammar

Easy, professional manner, friendly courteous and service led

Brilliant at problem solving and thinking outside the box

Very computer literate - able to use Word/ PPT/ Excel etc and quickly learn new packages

Advantageous if you are fluent in French, German, Spanish or Italian
