Tricuro is seeking a highly skilled Executive Finance Director to provide strategic financial leadership for the organisation. As Executive Finance Director, you will be instrumental in ensuring the financial sustainability of Tricuro, overseeing all financial processes, and maintaining compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements. This is a critical role that combines financial expertise with leadership, requiring you to drive operational efficiency and quality standards across the organisation.
Reporting directly to the Chief Executive, you will be responsible for developing and implementing long-term financial strategies that align with Tricuro's goals. Your financial acumen will guide the Board and senior management in making informed decisions, as you provide detailed financial forecasts and risk assessments. You will lead the organisation's budgeting and financial planning processes, ensuring financial targets are met while adhering to all legal and regulatory frameworks.
A key aspect of your role will be ensuring that robust financial controls are in place. This includes developing and maintaining systems, policies, and procedures that support effective financial management. You will oversee the preparation of accurate financial accounts, ensuring compliance with statutory obligations.
You will also lead on financial performance monitoring, producing monthly accounts, budget forecasts, and financial statements that provide a clear picture of the organisation's financial health. In collaboration with the executive and finance teams, you will ensure that financial processes and controls support Tricuro's commitment to quality care and safety. Your role will involve developing performance metrics to continuously improve the organisation's financial operations, promoting a culture of excellence and innovation throughout the finance function.
As Executive Finance Director, you will play a crucial role in fostering a positive and inclusive culture within the organisation. You will lead initiatives to enhance employee engagement and promote diversity, equity, and inclusion, ensuring that the finance team feels valued and motivated. Developing leadership programmes and recognition schemes will be a key focus, helping to drive cultural initiatives that align with Tricuro's values.
You will also take a leading role in risk management, ensuring that financial risk assessments are regularly reviewed and that compliance with legislation and safeguarding processes is maintained. Additionally, you will oversee financial elements related to CQC and other regulatory requirements, ensuring that all financial aspects of the organisation's operations are fully compliant.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders will be a core part of your role. You will represent the organisation's financial interests in external forums and provide transparent, detailed financial reports to the Board, Executive Shareholder Group, and other key partners. Your ability to engage with stakeholders effectively will ensure that Tricuro's financial position is secure and that relationships with partners remain strong and productive.
The ideal candidate will be a qualified accountant with extensive experience in strategic financial management within a large and complex organisation. You will have a proven track record of leading financial functions, managing compliance, and driving continuous improvement. Your leadership skills will be matched by your ability to communicate complex financial information clearly and effectively, building strong relationships across the organisation and with external partners.
