Job Description
Looking for an experienced EA to join a leading university supporting the Provost

Managed by the Executive Officer to the Provost's Office, the post holder will work as part of the Provost's Office in supporting the delivery of strategic and operational plans and objectives, supporting colleagues and providing administrative and project support as necessary.
The post holder will provide administrative and high-level executive assistance to the Provost's Office and support the planning activity of the Deans of College. They will support the analysis and resolution of issues and problems and in doing so liaise with the wider University Community.

Your new role
To manage the diary and to assess and prioritise demands on the time of the Provost; to co-ordinate, arrange and support their meetings, including acting as secretary to their meetings as required (including co-ordination and planning of meetings); to plan schedules.

• To liaise with colleagues in relation to the Provost's internal and external projects and events.

What you'll need to succeed
Essential:
