Executive Assistant - Temporary Contract (6 months)

Day Rate: £200 daily

Are you ready for an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic and impactful team? Our client, a leading government organisation, is seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support their Data Directorate. As an Executive Assistant, you will have the chance to work closely with senior leaders and contribute to the transformation of government.

What You'll Do:

Provide comprehensive support to the Deputy Director and wider Data Leadership Team, ensuring smooth diary management and efficient email organisation.
Coordinate meetings, phone calls, and events with internal and external stakeholders.
Manage core office functions and processes, including preparing daily information packs and weekly forward-looking notes.
Support the day-to-day operations of the Directorate and handle incoming requests professionally and promptly.
Offer Secretariat support for internal meetings within your directorate.
Maintain adherence to guidelines and procedures, including managing transparency returns and expense tracking.
Cultivate strong relationships with stakeholders, both internal and external.
Collaborate with the senior team to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
Assist in articulating and progressing priorities within the directorate.
Keep track of briefings, submissions, and decisions, ensuring accurate information flow across the organisation.
Support domestic and overseas visits, including travel arrangements.
Provide ad-hoc support to various teams.

Who You Are:

A proactive and detail-oriented professional with strong administrative and support skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills, thriving in a fast-paced, agile environment.
Strong written and verbal communication abilities, with the capacity to communicate effectively to diverse audiences.
Experience in working with stakeholders in a challenging and dynamic environment.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities with speed and efficiency.
Able to handle sensitive information with tact, diplomacy, and confidentiality.
Proficiency in Google's G Suite office apps and an Apple MacBook is desirable.
