The speed read:
A people and change consultancy focusing on transforming the mindsets, behaviours, and cultures of business professionals are looking for an Executive Assistant to join their team.

The facts:

You ve earned your stripes as a Personal/Executive Assistant and know the drill; managing diaries, booking travel (national and international), arranging meetings, note taking, making reports based on said notes. At times, you will also be helping your fellow teammate supporting other team members (Project Managers and Producers) with some project co-ordination when needed.

A key element in the role is senior stakeholder management. The owners of this consultancy going through a managed growth phase are very busy and dealing with very senior clients. You understand the push and pull in this liaison and can deal with lots of different personalities. You can move your priorities around with grace; to meet the needs of the owners and you enjoy it.

You are organised, diligent, tenacious, and can read between the lines you get things done and make sure everyone has done what they need to. Most importantly, you re not afraid of the ever-changing nature of the job and are ready to roll up your sleeves and adapt to what the day needs.

You ll be:
  • Working directly with the co-founders
  • Using HubSpot, Smartsheet, and Microsoft Office.

You ll have:
  • 7-10+ years as a PA to a senior level director or owner.
  • A genuine love of the busyness and agility in the role.
  • Interested in Learning and Development (nice, but not essential)
  • An occasional chance to travel
